Il décida de lui rendre sa liberté et l’emmena dans la forêt. Il le conduisit près de la fontaine afin qu’il ait de quoi s’abreuver. Le cheval se roula dans l’eau et le paysan rentra chez lui seul et le cœur gros.Quelques semaines plus tard, il retrouva son cheval de retour à l’écurie, complètement guéri.Depuis on attribue à cette fontaine le pouvoir de guérir les maladies de peau.
Dans ce pays de légende, à la lisière de la forêt, vivent deux ensorceleuses : La princesse Arwen et la fille de la Dame du Lac :Anais-Floréal dite Alias.
